Our Accounting Department is led by Justice Gradowitz, our Controller who oversees a staff of 18 people to ensure that a team approach is used to understand and exceed the needs of our clients. Our Executive Assistant Tandy Greiner helps oversee the regulatory concerns for an annual staff of over 16,000.
Many of our Clients have special accounting programs and time clock systems, such as the Kronos Time Clock System and Bio Metric Time Clock Systems that are required for their own internal tracking and reporting purposes. Our Accounting software allows us to communicate with these systems and import the files automatically for additional accuracy in timekeeping and rate assurance. Our ability to provide our Clients with the options they need guarantees an seamless process that produces a check to the employee while generating an automatic and accurate invoice for services. For our Clients who may not desire to use their internal systems, we are privileged to still provide the same professional courtesies and services that have kept us the FLC of choice for over 30 years.
